What the app does
Authorized NEA Nights staff use this app to review conversations involving events@neanights.com, collect confirmed event details, and prepare captions and replies for review. Automated drafting focuses on eligible events within the next three days.
The Gmail connection requests read-only access to the company mailbox. It searches for conversations involving the events address. It cannot send mail, change messages, or mark them read. Social analytics access measures NEA Nights’ own Facebook and Instagram posts when those permissions are connected.
Drafts require approval before an email is sent or a post is published. The app uses automated assistance to prepare research and drafts. Staff check the facts and decide what goes out.
Access and data
This is an internal company tool. There is no public account connection or signup through this page. Connection setup is handled by the company owner.
